The Schwarm Scholarship
The Schwarm Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Edward Schwarm, a former IPA Director and Officer. Winners are selected on the basis of their academic achievements, extra-urricular activities, and community service. The recipient receives a $1,500 award at the annual meeting in July.
